Assassin for Hire
It is easier for you to get in contact with assassins in the Arcology, since there’s less stigma of them here and they are directly monitored (and sponsored) by the Arcology itself. Some even have a public Assassin Guild that’s plain as day, just like the old times in the Old World. The stricter Arcology might chastise assassinations and seem to condemned it like most of the Old World, but with a bit of digging, you can find an Assassin there too.
However, the criteria of an assassin contract is way stricter in the Arcology too. Every client will undergo extensive background check and reasons of assassinations investigated and looked into. If everything checks out, you’re good to go.
Here’s how your hiring will go down in the Arcology.

You go to the Public Center and go to special section for hiring an assassination.

Take a number, and you will be called to a special interview room.

A public servant of the Arcology will conduct an interview with you. (I highly advice being honest, since they will find out eventually if you lied, and the consequences is not pretty)

You will be contacted after some time if your request is accepted or denied.

You request is accepted, head back into the Public Center.

You will met with an assassin or a representative of the Assassin Guild, and another Public Servant to help you make a good contract. (Inexperienced contract making will skew heavily against you, the Arcology won’t allow that)

You sign the contract and pay the amount requested. Now relax and just wait for the outcome.

The assassination is completed, the Arcology will contact you and give you the details of the deed (with proof if you requested it).

The assassination failed, the Arcology will contact you and inform you of the failure. They will reimburse you on the cost and the contract is void. The Arcology will also ask if you wanted to hire another assassin, and if you do, they will give a nice discount on the next act.
